Port Royal Speedway Cancels Opening Day due to Consistent and Upcoming Rain Forecasts
Port Royal, PA – March 8th, 2024 – Speedway officials regret to announce the cancellation of Opening Day. This decision was made following the persistent rainfall that took place at the race track throughout the past week as well as the incoming rain that will be taking place on race day that made the conditions not raceable for the weekend.
However, race fans can turn their eyes to March 15th and 16th for the Speed Showcase weekend with the Short Track Super Series. The weekend is headlined by the Saturday finale that sees the winner of the event walk away with $50,000.
