Port Royal Speedway Announces Cancellation of Racing Activities on May 4th, To Return on May 18th
Port Royal, Pennsylvania - May 4th, 2024 - Port Royal Speedway regrets to announce the cancellation of racing activities scheduled for May 4th, 2024. Due to inclement weather conditions, Port Royal Speedway has made the difficult decision to postpone the racing events slated for today.
With the forecast outlook showing rain throughout the day, the Port Royal Speedway team has made the decision to not open for the day.
Port Royal Speedway will take the next week off and look forward to returning to racing action on Saturday May 18th. The day will include Weikert Livestock 410 sprint cars racing for $5,000 to win and a $25,000 overall purse, Selinsgrove Ford super late models also racing for $5,000 to win an overall purse over $20,000 as well as Zimmerman Truck Repair limited late models.
