Keith Kauffman Classic and Battle in The Borough on Tap for Doubleheader Weekend at Port Royal Speedway
Port Royal Speedway is gearing up for one of the most action-packed weekends of the season with back-to-back nights of racing this Saturday and Sunday, April 26–27.
Saturday, April 26 – Keith Kauffman Classic ($15,000-to-Win 410 Sprint Cars)
Saturday’s racing program, focused on honoring the speedway's all-time winningest 410 sprint car driver, is presented by White Cap and will feature the Weikert's Livestock 410 Sprint Cars, battling it out for a hefty $15,000 top prize. Also joining the card are the USAC East Coast Wingless Sprint Cars and the always exciting Wingless Super Sportsman division, bringing a full slate of open-wheel action to The Speed Palace.
Before the cars take to the track, fans can meet some of Central PA's racing legends during a special autograph session at 4:30PM inside the Commercial Building. Scheduled to appear are Barry Camp, Keith Kauffman, Van May, Joey Gravino, Randy Wolfe, and Paul Pitzer, with Alan Kreitzer conducting live interviews.

Sunday, April 27 – Battle in the Borough with Lucas Oil Late Models ($10,000-to-Win)
The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series makes its much-anticipated return to Port Royal Speedway on Sunday for the Battle in the Borough, boasting a $10,000 payday to the winner. They’ll be joined by the Zimmerman Truck Repair Limited Late Models, who will also race for an impressive $2,000 winner’s share.

Students (ages 13–17): $20
Kids 12 and under: FREE
Pits: $40

Hot Laps: 6PM
Junior Fan of the Night & Fan Giveaways
Fans 17 and under can sign up for the Junior Fan of the Night on both days. Winners will receive:
The opportunity to wave the green flag for a qualifying race
A ride in the pace truck
A free hot dog and soda from Packer’s Concessions
A die cast hauler from the novelty stand

In addition, Port Royal Speedway Ministries and Chaplain Doug Mellott will be hosting fan giveaways both nights. Fans of all ages can register for free in the fan zone for a chance to win a 40” Vizio Smart TV, with the drawing held during Sunday’s event (must be present to enter but not to win).
