$100,000-to-Win Bob Weikert Memorial Presented by Greencastle Livestock Market With Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing Next Up at Port Royal Speed
PORT ROYAL, Pa. — One of the biggest weekends in sprint car racing is set to return to Port Royal Speedway as the Bob Weikert Memorial presented by Greencastle Livestock Market Inc. takes center stage May 22-24 featuring three nights of action with the stars of Interstate Batteries High Limit Racing.
The prestigious event culminates Sunday night with the richest prize in Central Pennsylvania sprint car racing, paying a massive $100,000-to-win for the Weikert’s Livestock 410 sprint cars.
Along with the incredible on-track action, fans will have no shortage of entertainment throughout the weekend with special activities, giveaways, fan interaction opportunities, and live entertainment planned each day in honor of the late Bob Weikert.
Friday night’s opener will feature High Limit Racing and wingless sportsman competition. Fans can enjoy “Shootin’ the Bull with Brad Strawser” from 4:30-5:30 PM, free burger vouchers courtesy of Weikert Livestock will be available to fans as the enter through the gates from when gates open until the start of hot laps, cow patty bingo ticket sales, a racing simulator, and a hat and cozie giveaway to the first 250 fans through the gates. Following the races, Gravy will perform live in the commercial building. Ten kids gift bags will also be raffled off at the Port Royal Speedway Ministries fan zone.
Saturday’s Fallen Heroes Championship presented by Folken's Brothers Trucking will feature High Limit Racing and River Rock Campground & RV Park Limited Late Models. Activities include the annual Weikert Memorial cornhole tournament in the barn beginning at 9:30 AM, the racing simulator, cow patty bingo, another appearance of “Shootin’ the Bull with Brad Strawser,” and additional fan giveaways including hats and cozies for the first 250 fans entering the speedway. Gravy will once again perform following the races, while Port Royal Speedway Ministries will raffle 10 more kids gift bags.
Sunday’s Weikert Memorial Finale will feature the headline $100,000-to-win High Limit Racing finale along with a full day of fan activities. Campers will be treated to a donut giveaway performed by the Weikert family in the morning as well as the cow patty bingo will officially take place in the agricultural barn at 10AM. Gates will open at noon where fans can take part in the racing simulator, an Indy 500 watch party, church service at the free stage beginning at 2 PM, and another session of “Shootin’ the Bull with Brad Strawser.” Port Royal Speedway Ministries will again raffle 10 kids gift bags during the day.
Fans are also encouraged to visit the commercial building throughout the weekend where historic Weikert sprint cars will be on display every night.

Sunday’s Weikert Memorial Finale will award $100,000 to the winner of the High Limit Racing main event. A rain date is scheduled for Monday, May 25 if needed.
Reserved seating is $50 and includes all seats in sections A-G and the top five rows of sections H-O. Reserved tickets must be purchased online. General admission seating is $45 and includes the bottom 11 rows of sections H-O along with the infield and will be available both online and at the ticket booths. Students ages 13-17 are $20 and kids ages 12 and under are free. Pit admission is $55.Pits and gates open at noon Sunday with hot laps at 6:15 PM and racing beginning at 7:30 PM.
